NEW BUSINESS:
  • A Notice of Intent was received from David Ross Associates, Inc. for 136 East Princeton Road, Princeton for a proposed sewage disposal system replacement for a single family house for Peter & Karen Silvia.  
  • A Request for a Determination of Applicability for 71 Gates Road, Princeton, Map 7 Parcel 35-4 filed by EcoTec, Inc. for Gates Road Revocable Trust.
  • A Notice of Intent was received from Thomas-Liston Assoc. Inc. for NEADS at 305 Redemption Rock Trail, Princeton for construction of a 2900 Sq. foot building addition off the rear of the existing three bedroom cape style dwelling.  Associated with this addition is a 7 car parking lot, outdoor patios, walkways and utility upgrades.
  • A Request for Determination of Applicability was received from Kyle Zelley for property located on Map 8A – Lot 7-2  Merriam Road for the construction of a one family home, septic and associated grading.
  • A Request for an Amended Order of Conditions (DEP # 267-0343) for repairs to Paradise Pond Dam, Princeton, Ma.

  • Discussion with North County Land Trust, Janet Morrison, Esq. regarding a donation of 7.4 acres of land on Rhodes Road from Leigh Zins to be made public access conservation area.  The property abuts Krashes property that has a Forest Legacy Conservation Restriction.  

OLD BUSINESS:

  • A continuation of a Notice of Intent received from Christopher Fife for Old Brook Station Road (Map 17 Parcel 2-5) for the construction of a single family home and associated grading. DEP File Number 267-0368.
  • A continuation of a Request for Determination of Applicability received from Kyle Zelley for property located on Map 8A – Lot 7-1  Merriam Road for the construction of a one family home, septic and associated grading.
